Hackers

Hello there! I'm writing again a review for the movie Hacker. It actually inspired me to do good in knowing my codes and languages so that I could do something like that. Well, it's not like I wanted to do something like they do but I just feel that having such talent and knowledge would create a HULLABALLOO feeling inside. I wanted to feel the adrenaline rush of having to enter a vulnerable system. I'll provide some list of sites that shall help you with what is hacking. I hope it helps. LOL.

STARRING: Jonny Lee Miller , Angelina Jolie

The movie was a 2nd generation type of film(well, that's how i rate it..LOL..it's not like movies were classified like this. I just do get this thing to classify things :D or maybe classifications like this exists but it doesn't matter anymore :D ) but it had my heart inside of its hand and it played it to the beat.(LOL. lyrics from Adele's Rolling in the deep )...Dade was hot I mean cool err I mean way to cool for geek and way to hot for a dude. Anyways, the movie was entertaining given the physical design of codes running in a matrix form. I mean it took us aback to see all that.

This is Eugene "The Plague" Belford in Hackers. He is the antagonists who created the Virus Da Vinci code to capsize the company's oil tanker to distract people from seeing his real agenda.

Cool. That was the only thing that I thought after watching the film although hacking is done differently with the way we knew of today. If you want to actually experience watching hackers do their "thing" then watch this. It may be a little different to the original way of hacking but it sure does gives one an idea. :)

Artificial Intelligence(2001)

So, hi! I have watched this movie way back to 2001 and I have completely forgotten about it for like ages ago then I our dear teacher Mr. McAllen Reonel Sebastian Cacacho has asked us to watch certain films and do blog about it. Artificial Intelligence for me is an applied science(well, uhm, it's pretty obvious, I mean duh! LOL). I got some stuffs from Wiki that says that Artificial Intelligence is the intelligence of machines and the branch of computer science that aims to create it. AI textbooks define the field as "the study and design of intelligent agents".

I want to write more but before that I would like to show you the trailer of the movie.

I was 9 years old when the movie was out. And it was only on the next year that I've got to watch the movies on the telly. I was more interested in David than the movie per se. It was more like a fan watching avidly his/her idol on telly instead of watching the movie for its theme.

It was actually a science-fiction(well that is when the film existed since such technologies are still not widely studied) and it involved robots who are programmed to act and feel like humans. And they can pretty do something like LOVE(for which robot science, or so they are called haven't discovered even at this time.) 

David was the main character in the movie and he was actually a mecha(term used for robot specimens) that is deployed to a foster family for testing. He acted like humans, feel like humans(but can't actually, really really feel anything...LOL) talk like humans. David through the course of the movie has actually adopted to the life that humans live. He also have the capacity to long for affection, try to mingle with people but its inevitable for humans to accept him so they try to pull him down.

This actually broke tears in my eyes. I wasn't concerned about David anymore but I was more into the feeling of a child who would always long for a Mother's touch. Reflecting again for my movie review I got to compare David with the teens of today, who takes for granted their parents and look forward to leaving their house and waste their time with their VICE FRIENDS(vice and friends). I commend this movie and that teenagers should watch and reflect. I think its attachment that we lack. We have to give importance to the things and people that we have today because there will be no second chances nor second take on life.

WHY FANTOLOGY?

This page is entitled Fantology because of the word fantasy + technology. I played with a lot of words that would actually define what my page will look like and feel. I tried to look for words that would also define what I like and what I do. I consider myself as an otaku(jap word for anime lover). I am a pure bred Filipina and an Info Tech student. I based the title of my page to these attributes. And fortunately I came up with fantology.

It is DOMO-KUN (どーもくん) is a small brown open-mouthed monster hatched from an egg who lives with a wise old rabbit underground. I will feature domo-kun in my next blog post.

WHAT WILL BE THE CONTENT OF YOUR BLOG?

It will be for my reviews on movies that I watched, anime that I recommend and novels that I have read or wanting to read. I will also put in a lot of trivia whenever I read some. Quotes from famous authors and leaders.
